The opportunity

What we did

We focussed on UX and UI design, crafting a dark mode identity for the site and developing various way finding tools for easy navigation. We designed 70 mobile and desktop views, including streamlined booking and checkout flows. The focus was on creating a cohesive classification system for products, ensuring a seamless transition for users from COVID-specific services to a broader spectrum of general health solutions.

The outcome

The redesigned Goodbody Clinic website now boasts an elegant dark mode identity, making it more appealing and user-friendly. The introduction of e-commerce functionality has empowered users to order home test kits conveniently. The optimized booking and checkout flows have resulted in an improved conversion rate for in-clinic appointments, enhancing the overall user experience.
